LabOne obtains Attending Physician Statements (APS) directly from the applicants, physician, clinic or hospital. LabOne's automated system provides a database of physicians, addresses and requirements that speeds up the process of securing the required medical information.

• Scheduled contacts with the medical records facility is controlled by LabOne’s APS Case Management System, resulting in quick turnaround times.
• Rules-driven automated follow-up dates are established.. Status updates sent to the client company detail the entire history of the request, from beginning to end, in an easy-to-review format.
• Completed records are available for the client company via overnight mail, indexed imaging or web download.
• Ordering and status available through http://aps.LabOne.com or CaseView.
