LabOne's Insurance Services Group is now ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics Subsidiary

LabOne’s Insurance Services Group and ExamOne have worked to vertically integrate laboratory testing with other insurance requirement acquisition products. Now as part of Quest Diagnostics, LabOne’s Insurance Services Group and ExamOne are consolidating brands in the United States.

As ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics Subsidiary, our combined companies will continue to offer the most integrated supply chain of services to the insurance industry (laboratory testing, paramedical exams, teleunderwriting, medical records retrieval, inspection reports, data products, etc.).

Under Tom Grant’s leadership, Lenexa, Kansas will remain the home of insurance laboratory testing and services. The expansion of the ExamOne brand, which now incorporates all offerings, including laboratory testing, also has a new logo. In the coming months we will transition the logo on LabOne and ExamOne facilities, business cards and reports. Laboratory kits and ID slips will continue to use the LabOne logo.

During the re-branding process, our highest priorities are to ensure that you experience no disruptions in service and to use this opportunity to further improve the level of service we provide.
